The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Tiffani found us the tool we sought for laying flooring that no one else in town had! Thanks, lady! The store is bright and clean. The sales floor is well stocked with different types of materials, each of which have a variety of colors and textures to choose from. My mother had linoleum put through the whole house. First she had to pay for the whole roll of flooring. After doing the floors the installer returned the unused portion,some 20 feet, to the store. This was a $3,000 flooring job. When my mom asked for a refund for the flooring they took back all they would give her was a $250 "store credit". Her floors are done what does she need a store credit for? That being said the installer was nice and did a good job.
