I advise any driver to not come to this place first problem they unloaded my truck for 5 hours. Also, I had a problem my truck leaked about 1 liter and half of coolant. A white guy passed by and an oversized black woman. They came a told me in a very disrespectful way that they won’t hand me the papers till I clean the ground. I advise anyone that has a leaking truck to not go here because people here are disrespectful and rude. I think this company should first go out and clean the trash surrounding the building before anyone comes and opens their mouth.

My husband and I just delivered here, I read some reviews before coming. Figured we would be here most of the afternoon....we weren't, an hour and 45 minutes to unload and count. Is lumper, bout 30 minutes for BOL. The dude that unloaded was very willing to work and ready to get on it.

My experience making delivery at this Little Rock, AR Sysco facility.
Appt Time: 7:00am
Arrived at.: 6:30am
Gave my bols at the guard shack and was asked for trailer number.
Was then told to park on the right side as soon as you pass security and call the number they provided.
I did that and was given door 26 and instructions to slide tandems, chock wheels and wait in the truck for someone to come get paperwork. However, if you have a metal seal you'd need to go to the recieving office and kindly ask for a bolt cutter.
Soon after, someone came for the BOL's and at 7:30am, I was empty just waiting for lumper fees to be cleared so I could take off.
Overall, I had great experience from the gate personnel to recieving office ladies and gentlemen.
Sometimes we have to be nice to recieve positive energy back.

Appointment 5AM came 4:55AM. They said we are closed till 5:30- 5:45? No parking. Reson question - what to do and where to go. Freight companies - avoid these places, they have parking inside but they don't let you park.Complete lack of respect for our hard work.

Showed up at 430am for a 5am appointment. Was told to park for 20 mins because they can't let drivers in until closer to 5am. Checked in at guard shack and told to call office to check in. 5-6 other drivers checked in at the same time, all of us calling at the same time, was given a door to take 4 pallets off. The best part of this delivery was the 30 minutes to pull 4 pallets off and them to verify the product. At 6am, was told to pull away from the door so other trucks can get unloaded. They would send me my lumper fee and then get bills out to me. At 630, they sent a $160 fee for the 4 pallets. And didn't get me my bills until 830 a.m., and AFTER several other trucks had shown up, got unloaded, and left.

The process here needs to be adjusted. The time to get 4 pallets off the truck, get a lumper fee, pay it, and then get my bills shouldn't take 3 and a half hours. Maybe 60-90 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous!!! 😤

Ladies and gentlemen Truckdriers, colleagues. Nice and friendly security girl. The grounds are clean, big. Eight pallets unloaded in 1 hour. And then a 2-hour wait for BoL. I would have waited longer if I hadn't gone to the office and asked for my BoL.
Disgusting attitude towards their duties in the office. BoL was marked as paid but no one called me

Even though I was two hours late they got me in and unloaded pretty quick. No overnight or after delivery parking available. Make sure you don’t try to enter off frozen rd. It’s an employee only entrance and a tight area to get turned around in.

This place is bad business!!!! 6 hrs later !!! Just no good!!! I am an owner operator and thos will be marked as a NOGO FOR ME!!!! THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!
