Premier Storage NWA is literally the BEST storage unit ever! When I say they have AMAZING service I am not kidding. I’ve been renting storage with them for nearly 3 years & im still satisfied. All the units are VERY clean & spacious! Anytime I have a problem or some type of difficulty, they’re always so quick to work with me & resolve my issues. They have different kinds of sized units & they also have boat & RV parking as well which is FANTASTIC! There’s cameras literally all around the perimeter so you have the ease feeling of security. They also have rat poisoning traps which is great because if you wanna keep your car in a storage unit you don’t have to worry about no wiring issues. They’re do also have signs stating that rat poisoning is on the premises & to not have any furry friends around for safety reasons. They’re 24 hours (you can rent online as well!) & it’s all gated. Genuinely makes you feel safe & secure about being there & knowing you’re in good hands while doing what you have to do. They are the best storage unit & i definitely plan on continuing to be a proud customer. Very fast service ALWAYS! Such reasonable people. Thank you so much!

Great customer service traveling through on my way to a job in Texas and stopped for a week to visit my daughter and Ben really came through with helping me with a place to park my camper for a week safe and secure inside the fence. Definitely look him up for any storage needs

We have rented units from Premier Storage for the better part of a year (since not long after they opened). We were in a time crunch to find storage and the owner, Ben, was communicative and very helpful. Any time we have needed anything Premier Storage has been very responsive. The facility is clean, secure and well maintained. It’s also well laid out where we have no trouble negotiating the aisles with a 20ft trailer. We also park a 35ft bumper pull travel trailer there, which we have had no issues getting in and out. Pricing is very reasonable in my opinion. Highly recommend.

Extremely nice new clean units. It's behind a fence and very secure. So easy to rent and the owner is very helpful. I've never had such a great experience with renting a storage unit as I've had here. They're easy to get to with a trailer as well which helped me out so much. I absolutely recommend 100%. And the prices are great!!
