This is my second time visit to this place and riding train too.. never tried of riding toy train with my kids. And that too on mountains. Very scenic and pleasant place.

Wonderful place to take children, or to treat the train loving child in you. Small guage children's train that follows a track around the Queen Wilhelmina Lodge complex. Has working flashing railroad crossing signals. Fun for those that ride, or even watch those who do.

Nice family experience for all ages! The grandkids (and grandparents alike) loved the train ride, playground and just running around to exert energy. Sightseeing around Rich Mtn never gets old or boring…..even for the locals like us. There’s always breathtaking views and beautiful scenery to see no matter the season! God’s creations is totally amazing no matter which side of the mountain your on.

Neat little train ride. Very reasonably priced. Friendly, helpful staff. Would be great for people with children, but my father and I enjoyed the ride as well. Anyone of any age can enjoy this neat little attraction! Stop by and take a ride. Help support this interesting, historic little institution atop Rich Mountain, right next to the lodge at Queen Wilhelmina State Park. They also have a putt putt course, gift shop area, and restaurant inside.
