Run the other way! Find someone else. Talked with rehab about electric chair for my mother in January. Doctor approved need. .. song and dance a month ago about paperwork had to perfect to which I had to physically go back to rehab abs get the administrator to assist me with paperwork. Now a month later and have called 3 times trying took find status of When it will arrive. Promise to call me back and I have to call again. .. not responsive!

My mother has a wheel chiari bought through mallard medical. It has been nothing but the worst chair shes ever owned. They have had to work on it a few times. She recently contacted them about it breaking AGAIN. They supposedly ordered parts. She has had to call to get updates she is now blocked from calling them. I can get thru her friend can get thru, she is blocked. She is in a power chair. 100% dependant on this chair functioning when shes alone. This is neglect on their part and I will be turning them into the BBB as well as reporting them to Medicare and any other applicable agencies over this

If possible I would give them no stars I believe they are just a medicare cheat and I will report them as such to medicare. They did not explain that I would be paying for the chair for 13 months and I think even if you do not make the payments they continue to just bill medicare. I have told them to come and pick it up yet they have not done that. This company is a joke and should not be allowed to be in business.

Was only in business in NW AR. for a very short time, but long enough to set up clients with medical equipment and then they took a nose dive. This has left people without followup services if something went wrong with the equipment they sold them. Unfortunatley, medicare will not cover replacements if not over a certian time period and no other agencies will touch their products....so this leaves clients without proper working equipment.
I was not in the picture when my inlaws ordered from them, but if I would have been I would not have recommended a company that is not well know to the area or the medical profession. I had never heard of this company until my mother-in-laws spinal injury a few years back, and being in the medical profession myself.....I would have never used them.
If you are considering using this company in your area, please review their history in your area and take their reputation into consideration for a long term relationship or you may be in the same shoes we are in.....No replacement for medical equipment unless it comes out of pocket because they short changed their clients and left the area with NO Followup Care in place!

Horrible experience. Still receiving bills i will never pay. They billed me monthly for wheel chair. Had to call 3 times tk pick up since did t use.have tried to remedy by phone Go ahead send to collectors. Do not use this horrid business

Absolutely would not recommend, They sell old equipment then when you need repairs cause the parts get worn you have wait forever to fix, and they threaten you with having to come out of pocket.... Because Medicare only covers up too so many years for new equipment....Better off going to Monticello or Eldorado, Warren is a small town so they don't care.
