Love the Van Buren location much more than the Fort Smith store. The staff is great and Tiffany is my favorite!! We have been going there for years and I love how they know us, they have watched our son grow up over the years and they are all very personable.

Great experience in Van Buren the girl or the manager that runs it was very helpful. The last couple of days that I’ve been there she tried to help me fix a Switch controller helped me diagnose why an old 64 system wasn’t working. She was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. I’ll definitely be back.👍😎

Came into the shop and the employees were very friendly and nice. Nice atmosphere. But I was getting ready to leave and noticed there was a Pikachu looking action figure in the display case with all of the switch stuff. I asked one of the employees about it and he began to tell me that it was a mobile charging pikachu. Looked pretty cool. He told me that it would charge my switch all I needed to do was put batteries in it. I asked him if it would break my switch, if it was a legit Nintendo product and if it was for the switch. He guaranteed me that it was. He said Nintendo was really pushing this product to charge switches on the go a while ago. He told me it would not break my switch. That it was made for the switch. And I was very serious when I asked these questions because I don't hook anything up to my switch unless it's made for it. I went home and did a little more research and realized it is in fact not a unit to charge your switch with it's specifically says online not to use it to charge your switch. It's made as a mobile phone charger. Took me about 5 minutes to do this research once I got home. You should really know the products that you're selling. I could have destroyed my switch using this. Very unhappy. This is ridiculous. He assured me that it was to charge my switch. All he had to do was a little bit of research to realize that's in fact not what it was. Ridiculous.

You cannot beat the awesomeness of the staff, it's always a pleasure to go in there. They treat you right, and they have been fair with the price of what I sold them. very good they've changed from just an electronic store to more of a hobby store. TCG, models, plushies etc. I do recommend this place

This place is a total rip off. I brought in a $700 computer. They wanted to give me 110 bucks for it. I had it reset the factory and they said that’s not good enough they have to upload their own employees profile on it and then wipe it again, the manager is clueless. Go to the one in Fort Smith. You’ll get better service.

First time shopping here was helped by young man as soon as he seen me looking around. They had a great selection of PS2 games they didn't have the game I wanted the most mortal Kombat or twisted metal but I got some good ones anyway. All the staff seemed to be working or cleaning and organizing. the atmosphere was nice relaxed as they were joking back and forth. Will definitely be back great job
