I would give every star in the universe to LoadX Logistics LLC and its owner Justin if I could. My only wish is that I had found them sooner. After purchasing a 3000 lbs spa tub from a closing business, I was in need of a transportation company to transport the tub from the storage yard in Austin Tx to Chicago IL on a particular as the business was closing. I started by going on to the FedEx Freight site but they wanted over $8000. I then went to transportation bidding sites UShip and Shiply. I didn't get any bids from UShip but Shiply I received many bids to transport. I paid my deposit, spoke with the transporter and was lied to for 3 days straight. The truck never showed up for pickup. The storage yard had mercy on my and said that the truck could pick up in the morning while they cleaned out the yard. Next day, more excuses but no truck never showed up. The storage yard moved my spa to another facility and charged me an additional $700 for movement and storage until I found transport. I went back to Shiply thinking it was just one bad apple. Wrong. The next Shiply transport bid I accepted had me pay a $400 deposit and that was the last I heard from them. Shiply says they are not responsible. Then the storage facility told me try Yellow Freight. I called and they scheduled pickup but when driver saw the spa they said they don't have enough room in their truck. *Ugh!* I had really given up then I thought to find freight companies in or around Austin. That is when I found LoadX Logistics LLC. AAAhhhhhhh! It was like the heavens opened up. From the first conversation, Justin the owner, assured me that they have transported spas just like mine before for trade shows. As afraid as I was now due to previous experiences, I was relieved when the pickup of my spa was on the day promised. The delivery was even better, the driver was actually early and did not leave until the crane operator had the spa in place. Justin, thanks to you and your team for restoring my faith that there are honest and professional transport companies still in existence.

Dice su dispach Helen que el SrJustin,no le paga por eso ella no paga a los drivers;y aun así ella les da carga a los trucks ,deja los drivers estar fin de semana fuera de la casa y aun así les dice que ella no paga los domingos.ADEMAS DAÑAN LAS CARGAS.
