I Have a Great and attentive Agent however if you attempt to call ANY other number other than your agent there is no answer. The agent you work with is the ONLY person you will be speaking to. No answer, leave a message IF its not a full voice mail. 5 stars for my agent, 1 for the ability to answer the phone by any other department.

Incompitent brokers, lie to carriers and abuse them! Just want to sell a load and not interested what happens after its picked up. Load was overweight and was promised to be compensated for extra miles and fuel. Over 500 lbs over gross and both steer and drive axles. Dont use these guys because will not respond or return your calls or emails. Waste of time and space!
