I took my car to Mavis Sunday afternoon. I met a nice guy named Wyatt. I explained the things that were going on with my car. He even walked out to the car to listen to what sounds it was making. I made an appointment for the next day Monday, left my car there that morning. Wyatt called me and he is so polite and nice. He explained what they were going to do and the price. Which I was very satisfied with that, I was very surprised. They have nice prices, very reasonable. I have to give it to Wyatt. He was very nice, polite and understanding, and I told him that I would be back to see him if anything comes up. That will be my place to go. Thanks, Wyatt and Mavis tires and brakes!

Really good service to fix my problem really quick if you have tire issues I suggest stopping by, Nice customer service too. Adding to this review I noticed damage to my sideboard so I went back to show them I was told they will review the video and get back with me I'm still waiting. To add to the review currently have been waiting for a month for a resolution .

Went in for a truck alignment. Although they were having trouble with it, they stopped before causing any damage and informed me immediately. Matt (I believe was his name) was very nice and let me know of a heavy duty shop that could possibly be able to get the alignment done. I was able to successfully go to that shop and get the alignment done. Very professional people and I will be back if I need anything tire related! It’s rare that you find a company that recommends a different company for the sake of the customer.

Wyatt had me back on the road in what felt like seconds. I can admit it was the fastest service Ive ever received. Highly recommend, and I will be returning when I need new tires! Thank you Wyatt! I was able to make it home safely. Let me not forget to mention that every other place in Texarkana was closed because of the weather.

Really a great team, I’m from Bossier LA Monday I went to a Mavis out here get two front tires fixed , when I got my car back my door was making noise like it was opened and someone was backing out and hit and pulled a little it was bent were it openings, that was first thing, Tuesday I have a specialist doctor I see out in Texarkana, I get on highway doing 65 and the car is rattling shaking so bad, it felt like the tires was about to fly off, I pull over grab the crowbar take hubcaps off, and I test the bolts to make sure they were tight, on right side the 4 bolts I stood on the crowbars to jump on it and all 4 turned to the right, left side 3 bolts, I drive to make my appointment with Doc, it was still shaking but not has bad were car was shaking, I look and see a Mavis down the street from Doc, I go and explain everything, My thing was please check make sure because safety of others and myself is what’s important while I’m driving, Tires we’re NOT aligned properly, The psi and rim was bent from tire, they looked and took everything seriously to help me, which I’m very grateful for.. To whoever did that from Bossier store needs more training or being better aware of what they are doing, because safety of others is what’s truly important, I’m just truly grateful for this store location service, the staff there treats you like family..
