We got Texarkana fence to install black coated chain link fence in our back yard. Our priority was giving our fur babies a safe place to run around and since we live in the country we don’t want them to run too far. Danny came out to Emmet, AR and did an estimate FREE OF CHARGE! Thought that was very nice, that’s over a hour away from their office. Great price was offered! We were put on a waitlist but Danny was upfront about it from the beginning. Contacted us within estimated time and got started. Job was fully done in one day. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. The admin that answers their phone was nice and helpful. Danny responded to every message and phone call. Would highly recommend to everyone!

We had a fantastic experience with Texarkana Fence, and got a beautiful boxed-steel post, pre-stained privacy fence, for less than that other place (the one that starts with ‘R’) wanted for wood posts and bare pine. The crew was great, and went above and beyond in every respect. Couldn’t be happier.

STAY AWAY!! While I was first enthuseiastic and grateful to work with this company, especially considering the fact that the owner was willing to work with us by ordering materials ahead while we awaiting funds, I’m quite disappointed.

After less than 6 months of our fence being installed, we had issues with our home power going in and out. Turns out after we had SWEPCO cut off the power, and electricians trace our service line, Texarkana fence had installed one of the post RIGHT ON TOP of it. Causing a severed connection that would worsen over time.

I reached out to the company’s owner, Keith Pace with photos. At first he was willing to come and see if the fence needed repairs, but when I requested his company to cover the costs for the electricians, he ignored my text and email. Now we’re awaiting a claims court trial date.

FIRST UPDATE: As of 13JUN24 I won the lawsuit against Texarakana fence and they have STILL yet to pay the damages per the legal judgement. I’ll continue to post updates about this company and lack of response until this is settled.

SECOND UPDATE: 13AUG24: FINALLY! After having to file additional paperwork to have the court sheriff/constable force Texarkana Fence to settle the debt, were we finally able to receive payment. See photo of the owner’s response.

Texarkana Fence recently put up a black chain link fence around my back yard. From the first contact until the last, they were professional, friendly, and kept their word. They installed a beautiful fence at a fair cost! I highly recommend them for your fencing needs!

We have been having a rough time with an older automatic gate opener. The automatic feature was hit or miss and was such a hassle getting out in the rain to manually open and close the gate. So, we called Texarkana Fence. When we called we never imagined that they would be so quick to get to us, but Keith and Lonnie came out the very next day to look at our gate opener. They were both great!! They assessed the situation, explained it in a way we could understand, and then quoted a new gate opener. Lonnie was back with the new gate opener to install it 2 days later!! We were impressed with the quick turnaround time!! Lonnie kept telling us we would be HAPPY! He was right!! He did an excellent job and we are THRILLED with the new gate opener!! It works perfectly and even better than the good days of the old opener. We highly enjoyed working with Keith, Lonnie and Texarkana Fence!!

I never leave a negative review but this company has issues, I have given them multiple chances to improve their customer service
I was promised my new auto gate in 2 weeks after I paid down 2500 and I am now at 4 weeks and counting
They finally came out last week and installed 1/2 of the auto gate and had a new part failure and was promised that they would complete the job on Monday (3/18/24) and still no phone call to let me know what is happening
I requested to talk to owner and was called back by his project coordinator not the owner.
Hopefully the job will be completed soon.

To follow up on this review, the company did finally complete the job with a few additional phone calls. The company did have a manpower shortage short term but after they came back out and installed my mag lock on my gate they did do a better job with overall communication so I am upgrading my review to 3 stars because they did recover and finish well

I down graded my review today due to having issues with their customer service on there warranty

I called and spoke to the office over 10 times, left messages and was promised a call back but for over 2 months no response from the owner or other employees

Do not recommend their service due to follow up and poor or no communication after the sell

I had Texarkana Fence install a cedar fence and black chain link at my house. I’ve waited a month from install to post this review.

Quality:
The quality of the wood has met my expectation. Of course every homeowner wants the best wood that will last the longest. Pretty simple fact. I’ve walked all sides of my fence and haven’t found structural defects. The raw cedar’s color is gorgeous. I couldn’t be happier with the quality. It has endured 4 large dogs and kids throwing baseballs without a scratch.

Timing:
When you get the best installer in Texarkana, of course it’s going to take some time to get your fence installed. I was patient and from the approval of the quote to the fence being completely finished was around 20 business days. I also have to add that my fence was installed during April, it rained for 10+ of those business days.

The Crew:
My install was abnormal than most in the fact the crew was new. The owner, Keith, was here day in and day out with them teaching them the proper way to install the fence. He held his crew to a standard and expected them to meet it. I respect their craftsmanship. I can’t complain about the job that was done.

Pricing:
It got an upgraded King+ fence with pickets on the front and interior of my fence as well as black chain link. I was fully expecting a 10k+ quote and knew I was going to buy once and cry once. My quote was extremely fair and I felt that I was not getting ripped off. After the fence was installed, I believe I came out ahead in the deal.

Overall, I’m very happy with my fence. If I had to do it again, Texarkana Fence is who I’m calling. Keith and Danny were easy to work with and gave suggestion on better ways to build my fence so it would last even longer. Don’t hesitate to call Texarkana Fence. You’ll be glad you used them.

Keith and Lonnie exceeded our expectations by listening to our needs and offering the best solution for us. We struggled with a cantankerous off-the-shelf gate opener for 2 years. When shopping for new gate opener options, the first company we called wanted to install a utility pole after we told them it needed to run off a battery and solar power. Then, we called Keith at Texarkana Fence. The next day, Keith and Lonnie were at our gate and gave us real solutions to meet our needs. They installed a new opener a couple of days later and did everything they said they would do. We are extremely satisfied with the service, integrity, and experience with Keith, Lonnie, and Texarkana Fence!
