I've rented 3 lockers and a parking area here for several years. Prices are lower than anywhere else I've found in the Texarkana area. State of the art video and audio monitoring security system. Key code entry and exit, automatic sprinkler system in all units. The owner and manager is a very friendly and helpful gentleman and will answer his phone during and after business hours. I recommend this business to anyone who doesn't require climate controlled storage.

No trash dumpsters anywhere, people that answer the phones ,can't properly do their jobs. Failed to update called in information, or at least that's what I was told by manager! 10 thumbs down for sure👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎🤬🤯😳😫 and no mice control !!

No one should put anything at this place not even stuff you want to give away. No one on site then the phone number they have you to call it don't work most of the time. It took me 3 to 4 months to get my stuff and I had to wait on them to see they wasn't getting paid so it took the 4 months to see that. I went to BBB and city hall of which they had another number for him but he wouldn't even call them back. DON'T PUT NOTHING HERE. After I finally got my things then that next month they come calling me to pay my bill with and I had move my things by then and don't think it's cause she didn't have a husband cause I do he sent the information to BBB and all other offices.
