I called Total Medical Supply as I’m a regular customer, I thought it was about my on hand supply so I checked and then called the company. After the first operator was drawing a blank as to why I’d be called, I was handed off to a most congenial and friendly Regina B. She also was drawing a blank but said “can you hold for a couple of seconds?” I said sure, and true to her word she was back in less than 5 seconds. She said my record reflected that I was a long time customer and they just wanted to be sure I was happy with the service and products I received. She said she would send me the survey direct to my messages, which saved me the time and trouble of writing it down and then reading and inputting the addy without a typo! The service by the company is great, the product excellent. But the customer service provided to me by Regina B was off the charts. She was efficient, friendly, quick and saved me time and effort with her thoughtful actions. Bravo, for excellent CS, product and delivery, but most of all, making me feel like a valued customer!! Well done Regina B!!!!

The customer service is fantastic! Brenna K. Helped me today. My temporary address was being troublesome. She workedi highly recommend Total Medical Supply! very hard to resolve an issue with my temporary address. Brianna was patient and working together we found a resolution.
