Marshall Medical Supply in Texarkana is the only place to go for two reasons. Their names are Lindsey and Natoiya. I have had trouble liking my CPAP machine from there. Both of these ladies have always gone out of their way to help. They know it all. They have helped with different masks etc. and finally it is getting to help me get a restful nights sleep. You will not regret contacting them. They are just great people.

My son and I have been CPAP users for over three years at Marshall’s in Texarkana. We have received great customer service in meeting our CPAP needs. My son has to get his chip read for all clinic appoints and they are always quick to respond. The customer service representative, Madison Goss, has been super and we would recognize her for her excellent customer service. Thank you.

Very disappointed in service,
I tried to order medical supplies from them. Left information with them and never heard anything from them nor did my doctor. I went back to office again with my information and then was told Medicare may not pay for the product. I told them thank you I would pick up in Shreveport.
The next day I went to Respiratory Plus on N Robinson and was helped by Ashley, in 30 minutes I taking the product home with me and not costing me a penny.

Awful service. Nothing in writing. Nobody returns calls. When you do talk to corporate office they tell you something totally different each time. I'll never deal with them again..... 9-13-21 I made this original review 3 months ago. I just heard on the radio that my CPAP supplier should have contacted me about my Phillips Dream Station being recalled. Since I had not been contacted I went to Phillips website and discovered my machine should have been recalled back in April. Of course Marshall never let me know that I was using a possible cancer causing product... BUT they keep sending me a monthly bill!
