Disappointing Service, Ruining Justin’s Legacy

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this virtual mailbox. The business was created in memory of Justin, but sadly, it seems like they are doing the opposite of honoring his legacy. They are unresponsive, fail to attend to customers properly, and every time I go to collect my mail, it’s a frustrating experience.

What started as a tribute to someone’s memory has turned into a poorly managed business that reflects badly on Justin’s name. If this is supposed to carry on his legacy, it’s doing a terrible job. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their service, as Justin surely deserves better than this.

This is the second time
I have come by to pick up my traveling mailbox mail after making a pick up request and no one is here again….. arghhh

- I call and they call back saying they were at the doctor.

I come by a few hours later- 4 people are there- and I guess they were all at the doctors together.

UPDATE- Ok- Here I am again almost a month later- no one inside- BUT there is mail everywhere- YOUR mail is left onthe desk- NO ONE in the store - I call no answer. Here are some photos- I get a call back 5 mins later “oh I was in the corner deli- no one would take anything bc I have cameras everywhere”

Justin time shipping is one of the best in Brooklyn ! While visiting my family I needed to ship a few items. I found them online and was able to go in and take care of business. The customer service was good, clear communication and reasonable shipping fees! Thank you again for your help! I’ll be telling all of my family to use you from now on!

Always easy to ship here. It’s just $1 for ups packages which is cheaper than the metro card swipe to take stuff to the UPS stores and is closer. They close for lunch so you may need to wait midday.

I've dropped off packages here a couple different times and at least twice have had packages that weren't picked up when they were supposed to, thus arriving late. This past weekend, again, I specifically noted that I needed an absentee ballot mailed to arrive by Tuesday AM so my vote would be counted and was assured it would, plus paid $50 (!!) for express two-day shipping but the package was only picked up on Monday and arrived a day late. Unreliable package and pickup services here, and I won't be coming back.

After UPS decided not to even waste any time and ring my bell to deliver the package. Instead they put a delivery post it to pick up here. For 2 days now 3 times each day ive been trying to get my package. Online says open and doors are always closedd. Is this store a front for something else because something is up.

It's really a shame that this place is the most convenient for dropping off packages because 90% of the time the things I drop off (with prepaid labels) take up to an additional week to get to the receiver. Plus it's been randomly closed/gated up upon arrival even when they're SUPPOSED to be open. Best to find somewhere else to drop packages.
