Felicia with Auto Shipping Group was great! Coordination begin while I served overseas in South Korea with dozens of follow up e-mails prior to arriving back to the States. I have to say that this company stayed in touch with me through the whole transaction!
Driver Kevin was amazing! Courteous and very flexible with his schedule! Kevin definitely needs a bonus for his outstanding communication!!!

Julie was who I was first in touch with who explained the whole procedure of transporting my vehicle. she was always prompt to return my text messages, or emails.

If you're thinking about transporting your car cross country, this is definitely the company that you should work with. My trip was 2500 miles, which made me a little nervous but it all worked out fabulously!

ASG made it very easy to move an inoperable Xterra 100+ miles to my new home. They offered competitive quotes and a fast transport. I was new to any type of auto transport and I had a wonderful agent to work with, and she was above and beyond understanding. If needed I will go to them again!

After researching TONS of shipping companies, I finally decided on Auto Shipping Group. Initially, there were several back and forth emails and some delays in setting everything up since I was on the east coast and Stephanie was on the West Coast. However, she was very helpful and understanding. As a result, my car did not get picked up as early as I wanted (largely my fault for pushing things off). We met the driver on a Thursday evening in a Walmart parking lot so he would have room to park his truck. The driver told me it would take about 8-10 days to get my car from Georgia to California. It ended up getting there only 6 days after pickup! And the price was very reasonable- about $200 upfront and $700 on delivery (cash, money order, or cashier’s check).
