When you come here to pick up, you need your trailer have clean like super clean before your loads guys go inside your trailer and check clean and inspect your trailer If your Trailer not clean they reject your load have nighttime parking

Two hours loading, overnight parking, people are good.
Important things to drivers,
- trailer should be swept and clean
- trailer should be dry if it is wet you have to wait till it is get dried.
- need to show licence
- need to load secure
- lock the door as u loaded.

Drop and hook was smooth. But just how the 2 people talk to me with a bad attitudes for no real reason.
(just rude grumpy men.)But they were nice to the lady who was in line be hind me...just bad customer service.

I usually do a drop and hook here. It’s an easy place to go, some of the workers could be a bit more friendly. They seem very impatient for the new drivers.

Well it wouldnt be so bad if they would take care of thw bug and fallin flour .... Makes a person mad after a skin if they qould keep thw flour from fallin..... It gets all in my truck after a detail job.... Ask they to bring me a coupkw of trash bagstoput on my floor mats..... 1 time outta 3 yeara hauling to them but all & all. People are very nice and polite.... Wouldnt trade these menand women for all the millionaires that read this.... Yeah I forgot to mention I still keep my work area clean when i comw to thia place👍

Drop & hook. Very efficient checked in and out, empty in dock door, hooked loaded trailer with paperwork in less than 30 minutes. Great !!!
