If I could give -50 stars I would! I will keep it short! They picked up my furniture and delivered it to my storage facility with NO PROBLEMS! I paid them to pick up from my storage and deliver to my new home and lets say it went downhill from there! They put in their contract to put a mattress cover over your mattresses but apparently my mattress cover fell off during transport and they dragged my mattress on the ground-granted they paid to have it cleaned so I was fine with that. After I had paid and TIPPED them, they called me upstairs to see my $800 dresser chipped and they attempted to paint over it (without my authorization!!!). I told them that was not acceptable and requested they replace it. They advised me that they would. They have been giving me the run around for a year! I filed a BBB complaint and they even told them that a check was ALREADY CUT AND MAILED, that was almost 2 months ago! Do NOT do business with them! Appears they are not even insured!!!! I will be filing a small claims case which will cost me more time but it is about principle!! Oh and as a side note, all boxes were labeled and this is where my stuff was placed--their response--I didnt tell them where to put it! HA!
