The WORST service I have ever had.
They sent one delivery man to deliver a couch and he literally left it in the driveway refusing to bring it in the house.
When we unwrapped it, it was filthy and torn apart. Unacceptable service and impossible to get anyone in the Birmingham office on the phone.

Had a delivery scheduled to arrive today and received absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from Hackbarth. I finally called to see what was happening when there was no delivery. Was told someone called in sick and would let me know next week when to expect the delivery . I don’t expect any communication as there has been none so far. Very disappointed in this company!

Customer service is trash. It a lady that constantly hangs up the phone because she's emotionally challenged or delayed. That said, if you can't hire competent people to answer the phone and correspond like a human then you don't need to be in business of any kind. Trash service, trash customer service and delivery guy collected items that were not his to collect. Do better in the year of our LORD!

Every other review makes it clear. Wayfair and Joss & Main have contracted with this company, so beware if you order from them online. They never answer their phones. Wayfair notifies you when your purchase arrives at Hackbarth, and state you will be contacted in 2 business days to schedule delivery. They do not contact you to “schedule” delivery as advertised. They had my furniture for almost 2 weeks. Myself and the wayfair rep attempted to contact them on 7 different days and they never answer the phones. Never. Finally, I got a text at 10 pm on Sunday night, waking me up, notifying me that they would be at my home in the morning. That’s not my idea of “scheduling deliver.” I contacted wayfair (had to wait until morning, because this was obviously after business hours) and explained no one would be home. They told me they would reschedule for Friday. This didn’t stop Hackbarth from showing up at my home the next few days, calling to confirm my house was empty. Finally, we got wary that this is a ruse to case homes, because this is NOT how a reputable company does business and left work to meet them. When they finally arrived with my chaise, they used greasy gloves all over it! They stained my brand new furniture!!! This was last month.

This month, another delivery, and it’s the same story. They have had my furniture for over a week, and zero contact. Then last night, after hours, I get an email this time, from wayfair, notifying me that they’ve scheduled delivery for following business day morning. Again, after hours, so there is no way to contact wayfair, and Hackbarth never answers their phone.

Beware! They lost the first rug sent from wayfair. Mistakes happen.... I wasn’t upset. We are now going on 6 weeks waiting for a rug that should have arrived a month ago. They have called me and scheduled two deliveries. We were here waiting and both times no one showed up. When I spoke to them, they were confused and had no idea about my order or that someone had set up a delivery time. The worst part..... the rudeness from the Hackbark employees. Carlos talked over me when I tried to explain the situation. He quite possibly is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in retail. Still no rug but even worse customer service. Wayfair - please find a better company.

Zero stars. Same story as everyone else on here. They've had my dresser (ordered through Wayfair) for two weeks now, have rescheduled me three times, then called and said they "lost" my dresser. Three days later they "found" it according to Wayfair, but I have yet to get a call from them to reschedule delivery. I have called no less that 15 times, no one has ever answered the phone and their voice mailbox is full. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I will never buy another large item from Wayfair as long as they are contracted with this delivery service.

This company is a joke. I ordered from Wayfair I would expect better service!! Two scheduled deliveries later and I still do not have my packages. Received a text message 4.24 that my order would be delivered 4.25 between 1-5p. I took off from work and no one showed up. I called the number in the text no answer. I called the office number and my call was forwarded to mobile. The mobile office supposedly emailed the Birmingham office and someone was supposed to call me back. I never heard back until 4.26 at 3 pm. I spoke with Zach from the Arizona office and he assumed me they would reschedule the delivery. I received a voicemail and a call from Carlos around 6:44 apologizing and assuring me that my order would be delivered tomorrow 4.27 between 10-2 pm. He said they had to dig through the warehouse and wasn’t able to response to customers. I also received a confirmation text. I waited at home all day Saturday no one showed. I called the number in the text no one answered. I called the office number and the call forwarded to the mobile office. They couldn’t tell me nothing but they will email the manager. This is really ridiculous how a company can operate like this.

Finally 4.30.19 I received a called that my items would be delivered 4.30 between 10 am and 2 pm. Great Right Wrong. The delivery driver showed up with only one of the night stands I order and when I asked him to call his supervisor he said he did not have a cell phone. Really? I called the main number back and spoke with Sam E. the warehouse manager and he said he would find my package. This company has failed Wayfair and I hate this is my only option if I want to order anything else from WayFair.

My order is over a week late and no one has scheduled a time to deliver. I’ve called several times and they do not pick up the phone. Wayfair has also had to reach out to them several times. I wish they would drop them as a partner.

Update: they finally called and scheduled me yesterday and said they would be here today between 12-4. Needless to say they NEVER showed up, called, or answered the phone. I called Wayfair and had them to refund my money. My order has been with them since June 4th..it’s June 20th.
