Jomia went above what is expected of a waitress. She turned the past experience at the Little Rock around to an extremely positive outcome. Food was hot and well prepared.
Jomia needs to teach the staff of the Little Rock location the concept of customer care.

Last night I brought my son and daughter up to the Benton location. Super busy for a Wednesday night. But what do u expect for a sports bar on game night!. The atmosphere was raging with excitement and as busy as it was well maintained with cleanliness. Our waitress Cortny was running around with all the tables she had but still maintaining a smile and took great care of us. She was the most delightful server ever. The food always tastes great and the prices are fair for what you get. I will definitely be recommending this establishment to everyone.

Once, I had a bad experience here about 2 years ago. We recently heard that they were under new management, so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely terrific. The atmosphere of the place has improved dramatically. The service was fast and great! Would highly recommend.

Update: Samantha the general manager called me and was outstanding at straightening my situation out. Normally service is very good along with the excellent food, and I appreciate Samantha taking the time to help me out.

Food was excellent. Service was not-it took 35 minutes just to get my check and pay. I left my take home box on the table while I went to the restroom-less than five minutes. Who wants to take their food in the restroom

I get back and they had already cleared my table and thrown away my take home box. The manager was there finishing the job and I asked him about my food, he didn’t even bother looking at me and said ‘yep they cleared the table’ in a sarcastic tone. He didn’t apologize or want to engage with me at all. I was taking home half of a $30 order-they could have waited 5 minutes to throw away. It took them 35 minutes to check me out! Food gets a 10/10. Service gets an 2/10 and manager gets a 1/10.

Do you know why people don’t go out to eat anymore? It’s because the employees that work at these restaurants do not care about you, your food or your money. This was the worst experience I’ve had at BWW’s I’ve ever had. I should have known the minute when we walked in, since the hostess didn’t even greet us or smile. Same thing with the waitress. She had an attitude like she knew me personally.

We waited an absurd amount of time for our main course which didn’t even come out hot, and the wings had very little sauce on them. I’ve had better wings at a pizza restaurant. Will not be going back for their frozen, warmed up chicken nuggets with a little sauce on them. Waste of time and money.

At first the service wasn’t great. However once the bartender named Loco seen us. He immediately helped us out. He was very friendly and attentive. So when you go into BWW ask for Loco!

EMILY T!! omg when I say I’ve never had an experience like I had tonight with Emily I can’t even begin to express her attitude of being there and making sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted that woman right there friends is the one to go to.! Emily if you see this you are the sunshine of that place and I hope you go so far there.! You’re the best and make me wanna come back thank you so much for your hospitality ❤️

The whole experience was bad. The server was bad. She needs to have more training. Me and my family sat out on the patio. it seemed like we were forgotten. Food was not tasty. Nothing about this dinner was positive. I will not return to this restaurant.
