We went in to find out the price for renting a piece of equipment for a weekend project. Kevin was very helpful and gave us advice on how we would get the best use of the equipment. The price is also very reasonable. We will be getting our reservation in soon!

Rented a skid steer that had not been maintained. Spent Saturday trying to figure why it would idle but wouldn't handle a load. Pulled air filter it was clogged and fuel line needed to be changed. Was told they would give me a free rental and when I went to pu the replacement was told they would give me the time due me. Not dependable no integrity. Definitely will never use again. Wasted time and money on a pack of skunks. Guess if they can screw you they do.

Staff were extremely patient and helpful. I called several times with questions. They gladly answered all of them. They made sure I had any adapters and supplies I might need. Even sending them with me. And, since we were able to wrap things up much faster than we expected, they refunded us and only charged a half day. Their prices were very reasonable, as well. I definitely recommend them.

The equipment is fine works mostly as it should. Store is clean and staff is friendly. Watch the numbers, I recently rented an item and was charged for an additional object they didn't load then during a mix if numbers (as if you were working with a bad car lot) I ended up just forgetting it and paying the additional money. Congrats on holding out. Next time I need an additional power washer I will just go purchase a new one. It's not the $10 its the principle.

Great customer service. Fair prices. Great selection. The equipment is always in good order. The counter folks are helpful at finding the right tools for the job. They ask what your doing and will offer better alternatives if what you request is not the right tool/equipment for your job. I've rented here on multiple occasions and will continue to do so.

Terrible experience. Needed a telehandler since I was working out of state. I got quoted a price before I came of about $1200 for the week. When I had gotten my bill they had charged me $1900 for the week to my credit card without even telling me. They charged me to fix the alternator belt that came off twice on their equipment. I was willing to absorb the time it cost me having to wait for the repairs but I was very upset I had to pay to fix their equipment. They were unwilling to take any responsibility for or give me any reimbursement. They cost me a lot of money. They told me they were the cheapest rental place in town. Now I know why. I have never written a review of a business on here, I have never needed to until this experience. My credit card info was taken advantage of and they took no responsibility for their equipment malfunctions. Do not rent from this place. There are other options in this area, I will be trying someplace else next time. Very frustrating.

Rented a tractor with front bucket and small backhoe, for the weekend. Got it home use it for about 2 hours on the first day. Next morning it wouldn't start. Had it for the weekend suppose to have it back by 7:30 Monday morning called them up and they brought me another tractor and give me 2 days to use it no extra charge. I thought that was great. They took care of me. Will definitely be going back for more, they were great to take care of the problem.
