I have bought one home from them in the past and planned to buy another from them via my previous realtor but after dealing with their realtor Mr Walsh not only did he trespass on property without asking then left his property while riling up the neighborhood strays came to my door the next day accusing me of stealing some stupid some sign he supposedly left on the property accused me of stealing a sign then went as far to try to make a false police report ( a class a misdemeanor) calling the cops saying someone tried to steal his stupid sign if he’s willing to lie like that and make baseless accusations imagine the lies he will tell you to sell you a house I will never do business with a company that associates with people like him I’m sorry Mrs Wynn if you go somewhere else I will be happy to business with you again

My experience with Coldwell banker RPM was a nice experience. Ricardo Tippit was my realtor and he made my first time purchasing a home the best experience ever. Buying a home is fustrating and time consuming but,when you're working with the right people and, they're give u the right help n just really being in your corner through out the step of the way. It's well worth it this man went out his way for me I promise I almost gave up!!!..but, thanks to him I will be in my home in a couple of weeks..So ,it your thinking about going with Coldwell banker RPM group I most definitely recommend it I use the one in Bryant ,Ar...and if you want the best experience I had I recommend Ricardo Tippit as your realtor 😘 thank me later!

When we were looking to move from AZ. We had looked at lots of areas. We kept coming back to AR. We had reviewed a lot properties and areas . We met Ricardo Tippit. He was a godsent. He was our eyes and we built a trust and rapport. He went to every property we ask. He always responded to our calls. He never tried to sell us anything and answered our questions honestly and professionally. Once we decided on the property and we moved here he and his brother came at night and helped us move into our new home. Even after that he kept in touch to see if we were ok and happy with our new home. He is an exceptional agent and even better person. We were blessed that he was the agent who answered our call. I know it was God that brought him to us and we are very thankful.

Amanda Elrod is the worst. I've never done business with her or her company. However, I have received direct mail from her and her company Caldwell RPM Group. When I asked her to remove me she was very rude about it never took the time to even address the issue. After emailing her several times she finally got tired of me and got with her IT Department and it stopped. But, now it has started up again. This company has no compliance checks in reference to junk mail that they send you. If they don't have a compliance department just for the small stuff what makes you think their company can handle large compliances in reference to what they do everyday?
