I moved out of a storage unit my parents had under their name on September 28th 2024, when I tried contacting the office to advise them of this , I tried 6 times throughout the day, with no luck contacting the site staff/manager. While trying to reach them, I would get a recorded message saying to leave a message at the end of the recording at the end, it said mailbox was full and wasn't accepting any more message. This is not the way to do or run a business; I even tried texting her personal cell number, no luck.
