I walked into this place and was immediately impressed with the service by a smiling face welcoming me into their establishment. Coming from years of customer service, this is a big deal for me. Choosing the perfect storage was easy as you get to see samples of each storage unit right in the main office and reception area. Very convenient and would definitely recommend.

Exceptional Service at Modern Storage in West Little Rock

My experience with Modern Storage in West Little Rock was nothing short of fantastic. From the very beginning, the staff made sure I was well taken care of. They promptly called to make sure I was comfortable with the move-in process and even required a copy of my ID before granting access, which made me feel safe and it's clear they genuinely care about who is on their property by maintaining a secure environment.The facility is well-maintained and manicured and the buildings are really clean. Thank you , I have appreciated your genuine communication and attentiveness. I highly recommend Modern Storage for anyone looking for a secure and supportive storage facility.

Highly recommend! I was able to sign up for a unit online quick and easily. The staff reached out to me to ensure I didn’t have any more questions and to offer any assistance! Everything was smooth and simple making the process a successful one!

I recently visited this facility to look at his stuff there in his unit. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with a broken door and requested assistance from the on-site staff.

The employee who responded accused us of causing the damage and insisted that we were responsible for the repair costs. This accusation was made without any evidence and was communicated in a very unprofessional manner.

He told me that the manager was off till Friday. He cannot come. After a while, all of a sudden the manager came :)) with his working shirt. Omg what is going on. Anyways let’s continue.

Later on, the manager arrived and continued to blame my friend for the damage. When I tried to explain that this was not an appropriate way to communicate with customers, the manager told me to step back. I suggested that they should investigate the situation first before placing blame on the customer, but this advice was ignored.

In my experience, storage facilities usually have insurance to cover such incidents. It is unreasonable to blame customers without proper investigation. This was a very disappointing experience and does not reflect the standard of customer service I have come to expect in the United States.

I hope the management will address this issue and ensure better communication and service in the future.
