This is not the real A1 Razorback Moving company. Beware they real company closed down a few years ago. These people now are just fraudulent liars and thieves. They are operating illegally under a business who is no longer open. FACTS

PLEASE save yourself a headache and DO NOT use this company. Someone found this company for me for my move a town over. They were almost 2 hours late so my family member called to inquire about the time. The movers showed up as my family member was on the phone with Shane. He started screaming on the phone and said he was telling his movers to leave, leaving me with no movers and all of my stuff packed up! I sold my bed and have nothing to sleep on. Completely unprofessional manger/owner or whomever runs this company. You will regret it.

SCAM SCAM SCAM !!! Please beware. This company is under an umbrella company of a total of 3 “moving companies” they request booking deposit of $179 on cashapp and create false narratives as reasons why they need to cancel your move the day before. The contract clearly states that you are to pay at the end of the service. But they request to be paid the full amount up front the day before the move with no intentions of showing up. And if you have any common sense to say say anything they say your move is canceled and request a $297 cancellation fee.

NIGHTMARE movers should be their name. I wouldn't dream of suggesting this company to anyone.
Employee's are unhappy, owner is out of the loop and doesn't return calls. I'm waiting over two months for over 100K in property to be delivered and over 100K in property that has been delivered has been damaged.
I won't know the extend of other damages until delivery. Can't get another mover to go get the property because the damage is so serious they don't want to be responsible. It's an out of state move that was paid in full with cash in advance. Being an out of state move, this has been the worse thing I've ever had to deal with. THe owner lied to the police when contacted for questioning. Looks like a civil lawsuit will be the only way to force them to deliver and repair damages.

This was a big mistake hiring these people. They showed up in a moving truck that was barely enclosed. It had a gaping hole in the back of it where it looked like someone took an ax and tried to break into it. I had very limited time to move, which was explained up front, they arrived two hours late and im sure the only reason they showed up is because I kept calling them. The two people who showed up had never worked together prior to my moving day and were arguing most of the day. After the first time my bedroom furniture got damaged on the way to the truck I very politely stopped both of them and explained that this furniture is expensive and i dont want it damaged. One of the movers continued to grab furniture and run into the walls and doorways even when i was right there walking with him. I had to mention several times to be careful. The unload was a nightmare. One of the workers decided to just chill on my couch while the other mover was working. So, unprofessional. One of the workers was continually complaing and cussing. He got into an agruement with the other mover who was working hard and being professional.
My daughter's brand new crib, which has never been used, has been ruined by one of these movers who just didnt care about my furniture. I took digital photographs of all my damaged furniture and called the next day to have an 'adjuster' come out and assess the damages. What do you know, the owner sent the same guy that was running my furniture into walls and the door jambs out to assess the damage. I have contacted this moving company numerours times about the damages and I get nothing. This company doesnt deserve your business. No one deserves to be treated like this.

STAY AWAY! These people stood us up on our moving day. We made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. After they were and hour late we called them and they lied and said they were getting gas and were on the way. An hour later I called and he claimed he had "truck trouble" but never called me to say they might be late. They never were planning to come at all! And to make matters worse I was having them move my elderly parents, who had to sit on boxes all day because of them!

When I asked him about it over the phone he cussed me out and threatened me!

We ended up having to rent a U-Haul and do it ourselves at the last minute.

Used this company for storage, bad idea. Owner & workers hard to get a hold of. Never returned phone calls/messages. Over charged me every month on payments. Was never available when I needed to get access to my things. The business is in an unsafe area. Also I don't even think my things were stored in a climate control unit like I was told they were!

He picked up everything we own 3 days ago with the promise of immediate delivery. We haven't heard from him in 2 days and he will not answer his phone. We have filed a police report. I wish I had read these reviews sooner. Hopefully he will be in jail and out of business very soon. If not, beware.
