As a truck driver, this is a quick and easy in and out. A little bit tight in between the trailers but the amount of trailers here is the reason. Easily can be out of here in 30 minutes or less.

OTR: DPHK Delivery. 24/7 Gate access only, must have code for entry. No overnight parking onsite. No interaction with personnel. Delivery BoL put in mailbox next to Receiver dock on North side of building. Plenty room for maneuvering. Minimal space between trailers. MT Trailers onsite. 2 Portable BR on South side and north side.
Entry / exit on south side of building.

Got here 9pm parked in front fence and guys came early in morning like 5:30am and told to set usup to back to docks 6am started loading till 8:30am nice guys to let us in save time also
