Avoid this place at all cost. There is a heavy set lady behind the counter, whom I assume is the manager, whose demeanor leaves a lot to be desired. She is always in such a miserable mood it's insane. I think it's appalling for someone dealing with customers to have such a condescending personality. I have had the misfortune to interact with this woman on two occasions, and naturally, I had questions regarding my transaction. She was so rude and unpleasant. .Wow! She will definitely benefit from a mood stabilizer.

This place lacks of good customer service and the owner which is always grouchy at that place responds on a rude manner, acting like this is the only shipping place in Ft Lauderdale. Shipping service is ok but if you don't make calls or ask for a website to track you will never have information. A lot of friends quit going to this place for same reason. It's a shame there is no good service. Also it doesn't belong to the restaurant Las orquideas, which I tough it did. When I went to make my complaint at the restaurant they told me they don't own it.

This place is a SCAM!!! I had heard it from my friends and fam but still went since its closer than the one my family goes to. The always claim aduanas has your package because its of more value than what you claimed..... I sent used clothes paid 50 for my shipping and now they call me to say I need to pay 70 more for them to release my box... fun thing is when I went to send the box the lady went over how aduanas keeps the box she went over it 3 times... sketchy cause all the other places I've gone to ship they have NEVER gone over that with me... My family did say that many friends of ours that has sent boxes from this place has been told the same and have been asked for more money... NEVER AGAIN will I go there.

Do your self a favor and void this place! My mom sent a package trough them and they lost it. The paid her back $200.00 (the money of the insurance)
The items that was inside the box was wort in $1000.00
