This is a shout-out to real drivers. In particular, Robert, a driver that was in Arlanta today. March 10, 2025. I had a particularly hard back to a dock and this driver made it possible. In the rain, he got out and helped. We need more drivers like Robert. Thanks so much for your help!!

Okay drivers interested in lease purchase with LWT listen up. The contracts they will have you sign you need to read carefully.
-PROS---new equipment, home every week, Safety Dept,Driver facilities.

---CONS--- so called maintenance fund (their money), my individual dispatcher (see notes), trip reporting on paper ( no email in, no text, in Person drop off only) , tried to force dispatch me.

My individual dispatcher was rude, argumentative, overbearing and verbally abusive. They did replace this person same day but took three days to get a response from management and later found out this person received a promotion instead of being shown the door. Helps to be in the "good ole boy " club after all.

LWT primarily runs from home base to California and back. Loves Fuel Network only.

For the short amount of time that I have been here at this company there are no lies. And the equipment is outstanding and I would love to bring family and friends on board here. The office staff they treat you like family so much that you forget that you work here. I feel like I'm on the ground floor of something that in the future is going to set the standards in trucking.

This driver pulled in to a loves honking at a older gentleman. Then try to steal his park. Your Driver then got out of his truck to yelll at the older gentleman to confront the older driver. I have video of the hole ordeal. Sad I even called loves. To stop this driver from bullying this driver. By the way the older gentleman had the park first. And your driver would not stop honking at him. Shame on him. If your drivers act like this. I would never work for your company. If this guy acts like this at a truck stop. How does he act like at a terminal?

Larry Williams is a TOP NOTCH company from the front office door to the last bay door in the shop. If you want to WORK, and be professional then LWT is the place to be. Every company has its flaws but when you you weigh the good and bad, Larry Williams Trucking is by far at the TOP!

Driver of this truck just physically assaulted my fellow driver at Love’s in Hazen, AR, than drove away. You guys should check who you hire. Police report was made, he reported to ER for assessment.
