Everything about the hotel was fantastic, I woukd recommend it to anyone. Clean, comfortable, quiet, food. Amenities, staff. Top notch hotel in a small town that you woukd think your in the city when you criss the doors. Very up to date. Loved it

Despite the construction, the hotel was very clean! The layout of the coffee bar was perfect! Microwave and fridge were both clean and available for use. Highly recommend! Staff was kind and open to conversation.

Great location. Bed was comfortable and i was able to relax and rest well. Quiet location. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, wish more choices to drink.
Loved walk in shower. Close to John Brown University which is where we went to tour the college.

The best part of each of my stays at this location is that they have always been a trouble free. It's that simple. When I check in to a hotel, I usually have a lot of work to do and do not want to deal with any troubles.

We enjoyed our stay in Siloam Springs. The hotel allows pets, so that was a plus for our small dog. The hotel seems to be updated and has nice esthetics. Our mattress was very uncomfortable and the breakfast was not very good. The food was standard scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage patty and baked goods options.

My review is NOT excellent but that's what is auto populated? Hmmmmm. Housekeeping is by request (really) but we did request it. Get into our room at 9:00 and the room was not made up, we had no clean towels, decaf coffee, etc. So I went downstairs and gathered what I could and the gentleman apologized and said we should have some type of credit for that inconvenience. We did not. I called IHG and they said they would contact this specific hotel and they would call me back. Nope. I mean I have stayed in hotels in Europe that if you waive the cleanup fee you get a discount or meal voucher etc. - but if you are paying full price for a hotel I think a clean towel and refreshed coffee pods is expected, especially if you ASK for it.

I received a letter under my door, emails saying I was a long time member, etc. So much for that!

Jordan… What an AMAZING ASSET!
People such as Ms. Jordan (Hope spelling of name is accurate) are such a treat when a representative of a company treats you with exceptional service skills, next level customer service and a wonderful smile.
I can feel her work ethic flowing Throughout the lobby, as I watch her working, She stays busy paying attention to every detail.
Her job duties or not? I’m not sure. Other hotels I’ve stayed in, the desk clerk do 5% of what I’ve noticed Ms. Jordan doing.
She is certainly an over the top performer and definitely deserves praise.
Thank you Holiday Inn Express for the quality staff on hand to handle your guests!
