This place is a joke, the mgr has a terrible attitude . I was told on the phone that they would install batteries if i purchased from them then wanted tocharge a $100. Then after back & fourth discussion he says a min of $100.
I feel they simply didn’t feel like installing them I will never be back here.

Subaru dealer said Outback battery failed test after recharge. David at Interstate did multiple tests, charged battery several hours, reinstalled, and no charge!

My husband called and confirmed they had the battery we needed and the price. We drove an hour each way to purchase the battery and left our old one there. We get back to replace the battery and it’s the wrong one. We called immediately stating the problem and they insisted it was the right battery. The post were in the wrong place. We tried to explain this but they still insisted it was the right one. We even asked the to get our old battery and compare it to the one we bought. They still insisted it was right. It was not the. The post were in the wrong place and it couldn’t even be hooked up. We requested to speak to the manager. The manager, Shadrack, took over the call. It was explained to him what the problem was and that we needed a solution. We live an hour away and it’s not possible to go back. He tried to insist it was the right battery by looking at a computer screen. Once again we requested he compare the old battery to the one that was sold. Stated again we needed a resolution. He took down my husband’s name and number and was going to call back. We have yet to get this resolved. Someone needs to call with a solution.

Sold me the wrong battery. Employee stated it was correct over the phone and argued with my wife about the correct fitment. Unacceptable. Still no solution on getting correct battery. First bad experience I have ever had with interstate in Sherwood.
