Stuck on the highway after hours on a work trip, roadside assistance was a nightmare and zero help. We called cogswell towing and immediately cancelled roadside as they sent someone to help as quickly as possible. Logan, the driver, was extremely helpful and had a great sense of humor, lightening the mood for everyone. We arrived at the dealership after hours but they had a rental pulled around and ready to go as soon as we arrived. Great service from everyone involved!

My car decided to quit on the side of the interstate yesterday between Knoxville and London. I called CMI and they were able to send out a wrecker and get me towed back to Russellville in a timely manner. Aaron Jenkins was the tow truck operator. He was very friendly and helpful. Extremely Fair and Professional. We had a semi truck and trailer that was in an accident and went off a steep ditch. Thankfully the truck and trailer was not damaged but was in a difficult spot to recover without further damage. They were able to recover our loaded truck and trailer without further damaging it and also helped transport our driver back to the truck after being released for the hospital and hotel. Very professional company and great customer service. No one likes paying the prices of tows and accident recovery but the proper equipment and skill set doesn't come cheap and saved us money in the long run. Thanks to Shawn and his team for a great job!

Had my rear wheel shear off about a mile east of Big Piney bridge, walked 5 miles, caught a ride to my cabin just to get a cell signal. Chris came out, picked me up then we went and got my truck, which was in a ditch. Towed me clear to Russellville to a great family owned tire/repair shop. All on a holiday weekend! Price was reasonable, considering the distance and conditions. So thankful for these guys!

Original call about towing the vehicle went ok and was given a price of 650.00 or 700.00. That's it. Not a lot of communication from this business who had our truck for 3days. The main part was almost doubled in price. Additional cost was added on to the core fee. No itemized invoice was given. All said and done - driver ended up having to plug in a sensor and one wiring harness that was left incomplete. Not a satisfied customer!
Communication and customer service can go a long way- do better.

Logan with Cogswell Towing was absolutely fantastic. I was 3 hours into a 7 hour drive when a tire blew on the side of the highway late at night. Logan immediately responded and provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond what is typically asked of a towing company, taking my truck to a tire shop, me to a hotel, and giving me a ride the following morning back to the tire shop for my vehicle. He did all of this and allowed me to bring my dog in his vehicle with no objections. When I was alone on the side of the highway, not knowing where I was, Logan provided unparalleled service and advice to get me back on my way. Thank you Cogswell and Mr. Logan.

Ball joint broke on me and Anthony from here towed my vehicle in. Did a fantastic job handled it with care. He's an awesome friendly guy who I'd say deserves a raise! Price was only $136! Incredible service all around 100% recommend them.
