I usually love the Pig grocery stores. I’ve shopped them all through the south.
I’ve shopped the foley store on and off for several years. I enjoy the wide variety of items that they have in the store. The problem is with this particular Piggly Wiggly in FOLEY ….it has to be one of the nastiest, smelliest, grocery stores I have ever been. The floor is filthy and the smell was horrible this weekend. Who wants to shop in a dirty, smelly grocery store, where you going to buy food, you’re going to eat?
I did a little research and found the owner actually lives here in Foley. You would think the owners would take more pride in his hometown store. Another thing, the bathrooms are disgusting. The workers can sometimes be a little scary too….like a bath.
I do have to say there is a great selection in the Piggly Wiggly store. I just wish it were cleaner and more pleasurable to visit.

We love "The Pig". Best prices on meat in the area. Other pricing is good too. The store in Foley has a huge wine and beer selection. They have also just put in a really nice hot bar and salad bar. Good selection of ethnic foods as well. They seem to also carry items meant for restaurants.

I was just in the Goley Piggly Wiggly. When I went into the ladies rest room it was the filthiest grossest restroom I have ever seen in my life. I walked out of there thinking if this is the state of their restroom how filthy are the other areas.

I will not be going back.

Thoroughly impressed with the staff cleanliness overall store also they just started sushi and it's absolutely delicious could not talk more great about it it's a wonderful store a great place to shop their food is delicious but the sushi is overwhelmingly great I suggest the sushi for anyone the prices are great and the sushi is absolutely amazing

Did everyone see the updated Piggly wiggly?
I just ran in for one thing...this place has really cleaned up..and Susan Cox was here...that girl runs a tight ship.... I posted pix of new layout and wine section...it looks great!...but one suggestion- gluten free should be in separate area... cross contamination-you can't have flour and gluten free in same area leaking for the highly allergic siliac people. I have to come and shop for my nanny due to this- always with love.

This was my grannies favorite store. I still visit and when I came to foley and realized they had one here I had to visit also. Never seems to disappoint. Piggy Wiggly been around for a long time .. hopefully it stays around

Showed up at 948 with a closing time of 10pm and they wouldn't let us grab something quickly. The woman letting customers out wouldn't let us in. If you want to close at 945 post that time ? Winn-Dixie across the street let us in.
