Might not want to keep “Rosemary” at the door. I’m a heavily tattooed woman, excited to come in for the fall collection. And was met with resistance and stares from Rosemary. I was nice but saw her continuing to stare at my legs (my tattoos). Knowing already, I asked her if she liked them and she said no. I appreciate her honesty but from the very second she saw my legs, she didn’t give me customer service like the other people walking in. I am still a customer and like to think I’m not scary or rude. So it hurt my feelings that she openly treated me like I was a criminal. I won’t be coming back to this location and let the sweet girl at the counter know of my situation with Rosemary. Do better. Be better.

Great store. Unfortunately the taxes in this area are high (11%) but that's not something they can control. But just be aware of this.

Great location & the sale was great. I didn't like the tall, heavy, scent black guy that worked there. My daughter & I were just sampling the body spray. I was trying to decide what I was going to purchase. The guy was an employee there following us like we were going to steal. I noticed it but kept my cool. I or my daughter are not thieves. My daughter was visiting for the Christmas holiday from the Navy. I work & my daughter does too. We have the money to buy anything we wanted in that store. Instead of watching us just force on the real thieves. IJS....

I don’t even know why I’m bothering leaving a review. It’s so pointless. But I’m someone with a hearing disability and the cashier at the register just absolutely mortified me. I get it.. you’re busy during the holidays. I’ve worked retail for years, too. Understandable. But my goodness…. Practice a little patience and kindness, people.

Enjoyed coming in to shop with my coupons today. Sure would love to see more of aromatherapy products, like wallflower refills especially. Home fragrance is a staple in our house. Each room has its regular. The employees were very sweet and helpful. The store could really use a deep dusting. I'm a former employee so I'm biased ?
