HORRIBLE actually no customer service. On our way to check out, they announce they are closing. A worker comes to me and says you better hurry or they’ll shut down their registers. So rudely. So I ask my son to push the cart while I get up there to pay. The guy at the register said the same thing. I said he’s coming down the aisle right there! This is 2 minutes after 8. We get check out and then no one would help us load the plywood and large supplies. TERRIBLE. Next time Home Depot.

We were looking for a roll up shade for our patio. Jnet helped us. The patio length is 15 foot. So we decided to get a 10 foot shade and put curtains on each side. Today we were back the store and found Jnet, showed her the picture of our patio and thanked her again for her time and attention.

I've been to this location a handful of times and only 1 time have ever had anyone helpful give me any assistance.

The curbside pickup feature is the worst of any company I have ever used, and on top of that you can't get anyone on the phone that has a clue how to answer a question.

Customer service chat is obviously outsourced and of the lowest quality next to maybe Amazon.

Stop giving companies who don't work hard to satisfy their customers your money!!

Top shelf! From the cleanliness of the store to the engaged and friendly employees, this Lowe’s is doing it right! Grabbed several things here while in South Alabama. A friendly employee directed me to the oven thermometers even though the Lowe’s app showed them not having any in stock. Very grateful for the tip and the direction for how to find my stuff.

Not a single employee said one word to us the whole time we were in the store. Not even at check out. Good thing I knew where what we needed was located. And speaking of check out, the only register open was self check out and only 1 person working it with 4 registers going. It's damn pathetic stores won't open regular registers anymore. Seniors do not want to use self check out. Would you please open a damn register?

We moved here from Cartersville, Ga. Needed a lawn mover bad. Went to get one, my card was old. Tried to get my new one activated. Didn't work. Set my wife up with a new one. These people took the time to help us. I will be shopping at Lowe's from now on. Thank you so much for taking time with us.

Great service! William assisted us in buying a new range for the condo at the beach. We were concerned how it would be buying, while living out of state… it was a breeze, William was very knowledgeable and professional.

KAT was super nice and incredibly helpful. We went to a competitor nearby. But, decided on the washer dryer combo from Lowes because KAT was amazing. She went above and beyond to find a set in stock that we could take home same day and even helped us load it on our trailer. I offered a tip and she wouldn't take a cent of it. She really is a terrific asset to the company and I am very happy with the assistance she provided. 10.
