They saved the day. Best customer service that I have ever had. I was back on the road on the same day. My 2007 RV to big for some shops and to little for Semi shops. They let my dogs stay and I had a security night guy check on me. To bad this company isn't in Colorado. Thank you to all they guys at the shop.

These guys were lifesavers. I blew a tire late at night with a car full of three dogs. I couldn’t get anyone local, so they came all the way to Lanoke to get me back on the road. Pearce was really great and checked all my tires for me, and the person who answered the phone and dispatched was personable and helpful. Prices were very reasonable for as far as they came.

Really good service, they helped me out of a bind with fixing my headlight on my pick up truck, even stayed late to get it done and get me back on the road before my time ran out. Definitely recommend them. It’s hard to find places that will work on 18 wheelers and hot shots as well.

We contacted the Roadmaster Service Center in Searcy, AR because we were having an issue with our brakes. We initially asked if they could provide assistance onsite because I was really nervous about driving my RV the hour+ through twisting, winding hills. We decided it would be better to get our RV towed in so that's what we did.
We were able to stay in the lot overnight and they knocked on our door the first thing the next morning. (Opened at 7 and they were knocking by 7:10). They quickly got my RV Coach into the shop and looked at my brakes. I had explained to the team (Mike and Cowboy) what my issues were (brakes were smelling and they had locked up at one point going down a hill). They looked at the brakes and informed me that there was nothing wrong with them. Mike then provided a detailed explanation as to why they had reached that determination and his reasoning felt sound and solid. He offered to change the brakes out if that was what I needed to feel comfortable, but his reasoning was good enough.
I asked them to look at a few other issues and they were not able to find anything wrong with those items either.
The team at the Searcy Roadmaster Service Center is very professional and do a great job of explaining what they are looking at and why. If I ever have issues while in AR again, I would definitely use this location. Highly recommend if you have any issues or concerns with your RV or other large vehicle.

Called Roadmaster last week and got a quote on some tires for my Motorhome. 6 tires. Also I had some weird wear on my front tires so they also do alignments.

Came in 2 days later for the install and found they had a personnel change so the guy I talked to and was giving me a price match with a veterans discount no longer worked there. Mike at the front desk asked me what was the quote that the first guy gave me and without any hesitation he said okay and honored the price.

After the tire install Devin the mechanic came in and found that I was missing a tie rod sleeve clamp off of the driver side of the tie rod which was very unusual. The manager tried for a few hours to try to get the part however could not get just the sleeve without the whole tie rod and spending extra money. So he recommended that he would order just the sleeve for the minimal price and I return saving a couple hundred dollars.

Next I had them check my parking brake which was not working properly. Devin found that the tensioner cable was broke. He did a temporary fix until they can get the replacement part.

I know they were just doing their job but they took extra care of all my needs to keep me safe on the road! I just really appreciate Roadmaster and the staff and will definitely recommend them and use them for all my motorhome needs!!!
