Jacob and Billy were the technicians who just installed our new heating unit. What fabulous work these two gentlemen did! And Brett Walton came out, as well, to install the thermostat and set his team up for success. He's always great to have around. We couldn't ask for a better company to work with. even though I am a new customer, they were able to come out very quickly. Billy was very personable, he showed me what the problem was and went home and researched for a schematic so he would know exactly how to fix it. Within 24 hours I had my heat running better than it had run since we built the house. Will definitely be using Searcy Heat and Air going forward.

I love the communication that Searcy Heat and Air gives. Email reminder of the appointment, text when the tech is on the way, etc. They are great at letting us know when they are coming and who will be there. Our tech was efficent and polite. He explained everything and was very polite.
