I was a day late picking up the load but called and rescheduled with no problem. Paperwork and loaded within hour and a half. Nice people make sure you have straps.

Place down a little country two lane. Place on shoulder for one, maybe two trucks. Say no one before 0730 to load/ unload. However, staff wandered around chatting until 0755. We could see them the whole time.

Docks are recessed ramp style. Half full of mud, debris, water & God knows what else.

Guys on forklifts got us loaded QUICK, once we were assigned a dock.

Receiving opens at 0730. Very quick loading. People were very nice. In and out in less than an hour. 4 stars because the docks are flooded, and can't really see what you're backing into.

Easy enough to find, well marked parking lot, A little cramped on space by the shipping office, But they were nice, efficient and fast I was docked and loaded in under 40 minutes... They won't let you use the scale on site but there is a loves less than 2 miles away.

Treating people like they are less than human because of a brokers mistake doesn't make you come off as a very nice person. Also the fork lift driver acting like the driver is an inconvenience and dropping f bombs every other word tells me either you don't care what you hire or your company is that desperate for employees that you have a bad track record on keeping good workers. Good luck with that. Oh and the sign stating if drivers want to "talk shop" to do it outside is a real classy touch.

Good guys like loading there, 15 minute every time I load there and that 22 pallets.. They are fast, u hit the dock 2 forklifts get right on u. Very fast!

Got loaded in 1 hours,, Nice people , overnight parking for 2-3 trucks outside but there is loves truck stop in 3 miles
