Needed a reasonable place to stay up town and this hotel far exceeded my expectations. Remodeling in progress so typical construction sounds during daytime hours, room 322 was spotless, beds were amazingly comfortable (or I was just exhausted each day), outside of hotel and lobby were very clean, and coffee was made in lobby at all times. The flavored creamer was a definite bonus. A fair variety at continental breakfast but in a pinch or wanting to not spend money, you can get enough for a solid breakfast. Close to everything uptown as well. Our hallway did have a stronger paint smell than other places in the hotel but to be expected during remodeling and did not longer into the rooms. Will definitely look here to stay again for future visits.

Pool was closed and hair in the bathroom floor needs a deep cleaning they were remodeling. Other than that we had no problems front desk lady was really nice . Decent breakfast. Nice room other than that. Was a quick stay beds were decent and not to hard

There was a hot breakfast but the eggshells were you know powdered eggs the biscuits and gravy and sausage were barely passable and there's no half and half for my coffee I need my half and half for my coffee. But the rooms are great showers are fine although one guess commented on the fact that her shower was really messed up in the hot was where the cold was in a cold were the hot was

Not someone who gives out random a "5." This is the second La Quinta Inn I've stayed in within a week (first one in Bryant, AR), and once again a great experience. The establishment was clean and there was ample lighting outside. Teresa at the front desk was kind and very profficient. Another thing I noticed is the work being done to improve and upgrade (old mattresses outside). I love the Dove products! It's also nice to see the exhaust fan operational, hot water, and an upgraded fire system. Breakfast was ready promptly the following morning. Thank you for a great experience!

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. ||We were traveling home after the holidays so it was a place to just spend the night. We got in a little later in the evening and hoped to sleep in until around 9. Unfortunately, at around 7:30 —construction noises. Couldn’t go back to sleep so that makes for a long day traveling.||The beds were hard and the pillows were small and very lumpy. The bedding was tucked in so far at the bottom that I couldn’t get it up to my shoulders much less covering them. I know that’s an easy fix but I’ve never had to pull out the sheets before just to cover myself. I didn’t discover it until I was in bed ready to sleep. Had to get out of bed to pull them out because they were so far under there. The breakfast was ok, not a lot to choose from though there were waffles. ||I was hoping for a better experience based on the reviews I read.

Don’t accidentally leave anything at this hotel, I called literally the day we checked out spoke with a man he let me know it was found & logged by house keeping I called back too see how we could get it too us seeing as we live out of state. I was told what to do, literally the next day I called an was confirming on sending them packaging too get her item sent back too us an the lady I spoke with told me she could not find my item an acted as if it was never there. She then got upset with me a raised her voice I left my phone number & name an it’s been a week & a half an haven’t heard anything.
-with that being said in person all staff was friendly the breakfast was good they a had a variety of items. Our room smelt like paint but was very clean the bathroom door didn’t shut (like the door was bigger then the frame) & there was what looked too be 2 blood stains on one of our beds comforters.
-pool area & work out rooms are lovely.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean and the staff were all
So nice and friendly . They offer a full hot breakfast bar with a variety of breakfast items to choose from. We had no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Positive: "" Negative: The pool water was cold, hot tub/spa did not function as it should and water was warm. Pool area was cold with fans blowing cold air. Pool a bit outdated/not maintained properly. Fridge in room was dirty but did not need. Water seems to have a funky smell
