I dropped off an ice machine for them to look at and see how much they will give me for it, I've contacted them multiple times.
They said they would get back to me in a day or two. It's been months!
And still no response.

I’ve dealt with Shannon on one deal, then I’ve dealt with John (the owner?) on another deal. I read a couple of negative reviews on this place, but I don’t believe a word of it. If anything, they’ve outdone any expectations I had. They’d tell me they’d do one thing, then they would surpass that even. Great customer service is what I got there.
