Stay away. They post loads as Trinity Logistics agents. Booked a load, signed a confirm the day before. The next morning called/emailed for the pickup #/address, as the confirmation doesn't list either one. The brokers kept on saying they were waiting on the customer to provide the pickup number, then said the load wasn't ready at 1:25 pm. A couple of mins later, the driver gets a call from their dispatcher and text with the pickup details. Driver confirms to make sure this is a good load. This caught their dispatcher off guard. She told the driver to wait as they are sorting out things with the customer. She never called back. We suspect they sold this load to someone else and kept us in the dark until the last moment and ultimately their dispatcher gave them out by sending the load details to the wrong carrier. Very unprofessional and dishonest. We ended up without a loan over the July 4th weekend. Trinity needs to know about this as well as this damages Trinity's reputation.

Garbage place. Left me hanging on load. Canceled it for another truck when I didn't answer phone at 530am after dead heading 200 miles for load. Load was for 10am. There well ahead of time. Andrea Campos is rude and could care less and offered nothing to cover fuel or time. They take to much percentage of load as well. Surprised if I would have been paid had I got the load on. Steer clear of this broker. Goes under Trinity logistics banner. Garbage broker.

I called to book a load, the guy said no you’ve been double brokering loads, hung up in my face I called back but I recorded the second call do my lawyer can handle this if he does any discrimination so this time I asked who I’m speaking with so that the scam who posted the double brokering accusation would be sued for loss wages Just asked him to confirm while my attorney conferenced the call he hung up in my face and said something rude this my review poor communication…very disrespectful
