I would like to thank one of your drivers (495) for being so impatient last night at the caves in Cartage MO.
He decided that I was taking to long to back into the dock so he turned his bright lights on. He refused to dim them saying I needed to move out of his way. Because I could not see clearly, my bumper struck the rock wall. Since it was my choice to try to continue into the dock, I'll be taking the responsibility for the damage.
I just wanted to let you know what kind of driver you have out there representing your company.
