They lock the gates at 9:30pm. And renter have no access to their storage after that time until the morning. So we cannot bring our boat back to store it after a long summer day on the lake, even when the sun goes down at 10pm. Strange to not have 24/7 access to our storage. Not disclosed clearly when signing the contract.

Other than that works well for boat storage.

When this was Eastside storage it was amazing, affordable and easy to get in and out. Now that it’s Rogers Storage the prices doubled and everything changed (the way you pay, how you access the property). They should have at least had current renters keep the rent they were previously paying. They claim the new rates are very similar to surrounding storage places but that’s not at all accurate. In the end, we took our business elsewhere.

We paid for the whole month of August and we’re told we would not get our deposit back because both keys were turned in at different times of the month. This place is unreliable and untrustworthy. Do not get a storage unit here.
