Everything was good. Friendly and efficient.
One suggestion. It takes a vehicle on the square in the pavement to open the gate to get out. When needing to use the restroom while unloading the truck, I walked to the gate. I found no way to get out. Had to go back and get the truck to press on the square in the pavement to get out to use the restroom. Perhaps a separate gate or a code box to get out when in foot

I monthly payment went from $126 month to
$185 a monthover a 2 yr span. When I gave my 30-day notice. When we gave a 30 -day notice the entry code changed we had to return the ext day to gain entry. We have been charged again and have been out for over 30 days

Don't let the online prices fool you. They increase rental prices often. We started at $62 for a 5 x 10 and they charge us $179 per month! We have asked for a break or discount for loyalty and they will not work with you. Thank you for your response. I have reached out directly to you about the pricing and you wouldn't work with me to change it in any way.

STOP! CONSUMER FRAUD and TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY WARNING. My mother is Almost 80 years old. She is on a fixed income and I found her crying today. She told me she was just charged $350 for her 10x15 storage! When I called Patty (the manager) to explain my mom’s on a fixed income and was having trouble keeping up with their rate increases and late fees. I kindly ask if she could waive the 2 monthly late fees of Nearly $50 dollars each.. she lied and told me the card processor/system would not let her do so. Specifically, the system would not allow a credit once she had TAKEN my mom’s payment. Then, I asked her what she was charging my mother per month for the 10X15 storage unit. She stated $207.00 per month!! Are you kidding me?! I asked Patty, if superior had other locations. She said 10. I started calling around to the other stores. Starting with Superior in Fayettville. I talked to the manager Gxxx. He stated he was over two locations. He quoted me a price of $107.00 per
Month for a 10x15. Plus 50% off move in special. He stated the $107.00 would be a locked in monthly rate moving forward (a common arrangement in this industry). As I went down the list calling several Superior storage locations. I found the going rate for a 10x15 unit at superior storage is $107.00 per month! Rather than the $207.00 Patty is charging my mother. Shame on them!!! It Sounds like (would appear) someone has their hands in the cookie jar. We will be looking into all legal remedies available to my mother asap. I will keep the public posted moving forward.

I drive a truck and showed up here to deliver some materials to a customer of the storage facility. They were nowhere to be found. I walked into the office and received a warm welcome from Patty. She went above and beyond to get a hold of the person I was looking for and resolved the situation immediately. This wasn’t even her problem to deal with but she was gracious enough to help me anyway! If anyone deserves your business, it’s this place!

Was so happy when I went it to get the space for my camper. The process was quick and very painless. Storage is storage, right? Not at all!!! They went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have any questions and that my vehicle was in a perfect spot for what we needed. Thank you again!!
