MAKE SURE WHEN YOU COME HERE YOU HAVE 3/4 OR MORE REEFER FUEL IF NOT YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY! Once you pull up to the guard shack they will fill you in on where to go. Next to guard shack is bobtail parking.

If you continue straight go right where their wash bay is that’s where all the loaded and empty trailers will be.

If you make a left instead you’ll be heading towards their docking area, also shipping/receiving office. (Next to dock 12) Fill out the Tyson Foods, Inc Trailer Verification before going into receiving office. If you’re coming in with a load. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A VEST ON IF NOT YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY!

Call the number up above on the verification sheet to check on any available empty trailers, every 30-40 mins. At this place you can’t just go and take an empty trailer, it has to be assigned to you by the office.

Got here at 0330 for a 0500 appointment. Have 2 pallets on my trailer to be unloaded. It is 0830 and still don’t have my trailer. I give 1 starts only because the people are nice otherwise I would give negative stars if I could but they are very slow!! No communications.. I’ve had to call several times and only told at 0730 the trailer was just put in the door. Then now when I call they say it’s still in a door but they haven’t been able to say how long it will be. They said it could be another couple hours 😤 very irritating since there is only 2 pallets

Updated: I am still waiting and they said now my trailer was put in a door at 0840. So I was lied to🤨. And wasn’t told that until 0900 that I could put my name on a list and they will call when the trailer is done. Now almost 0915. We shall see if I get out soon 😤🤬😡

Great place to pu. Easy check-in, trailer washout on site, scales, bathrooms and vending. Big lot, easy docking. Everyone friendly and professional. No overnight parking loses star.

Great place, first time here and I like it. Over night parking by the scale, lounge for drivers showers, laundry corner. Somebody nice try for drivers 💪👍

Never accept a load being delivered to this place unless you have a day to waste. I been waiting over 4 hours still not finish unloading my trailer. Also you have to drop trailer to be unloaded or loaded in trailer yard

They have plenty of parking but its always full and poorly laid out. You WILL be waiting for your load. You will encounter rude and confrontational employees. Steel your patience

Consistently loading overweight trailers.
In no hurry to rework.
Even after the rework is complete, and you have the paperwork in hand, you may have to wait quite a while for the trailer to be brought out to the drop yard. If you cannot see the whole drop yard from the bobtail parking, you may not know when the trailer is finally brought out.
They will not call you. You must keep calling the shipping office for updates.
Be prepared to lose half a day, or more.
Conversely, your load may be ready, and within appropriate weight. It really is luck of the draw.
