Eh have mixed opinions about this company. I bought a refurbished vivobook off Walmart that was sold by them. And it worked for school work when I needed something cheap and semi nice. But it was advertised to have a gtx 1650 and didn't. But I got a chuwi gemi book and it looks almost new even had the manufacture QC sticker still on it and it's pretty much as stated. Still got the Walmart protection plan tho.

Purchased a refurbished laptop from them. Worked for two days before it shut off and wouldn't restart and the charger didn't work. Requested a return label and a refund. They sent a return label but it has no barcode, which I learned through google is a way for sellers to scam buyers. Will be escalating with eBay if they do not send a good return label in 24hours.

I purchased a refurbished computer off eBay through these guys. Everything in the ad stated that the Chromebook was in working order. Upon arrival, I checked it out to find that it was not in working order. The battery will hold absolutely no charge, it must be plugged in at all times to operate. The system files were corrupt. The mouse/keypad doesn't work.
I emailed them in regards to my purchase, they sent me a video how to trouble shoot. Well, at least the system files have been restored. Had to buy a wireless mouse. However, I'm still forced to be plugged into the wall. All I have to say is beware of businesses posting their bad products online! Posted a photo of them telling me to fix it and such... But I bought it in working condition?

I can not express enough—do NOT purchase reused or refurbished electronics from this store. You will find many other reviews describing the same or similar situations, but I ordered an Xbox One X from them. The ad clearly stated “this item is in it’s original packaging, is unopened, and is retail ready!” What I received was a broken open box for an Xbox One X (2017) with an original Xbox One, a Kinect and a power cord shoved inside of the box. They also shipped it in a GIANT under cushioned box, which looks as though it was knocked around quite a bit in the shipping process. All the while, I paid retail cost for it. Needless to say I immediately requested a refund. That said, mistakes to happen and though it seems to be a trend based on reviews, I’ll update this with a higher rating depending upon how the return is handled.

Edit: My refund was processed promptly and I had no trouble returning the item so I have changed my review from 1 to 3 stars.

Would give zero stars if I could. Purchased from this company through Direct Liquidation. My company was supposed to receive salvage computers. I understand this means some will not be working etc. However, what I received was two pallets of computers stripped of RAM and CPUs. Essentially scrap computers. It seems this company has a history of fraudulent and misleading dealings. I am filing a dispute for the purchase and will be filing a BBB claim as well.

eBay purchase.They claim to say that the psvr system was grade A like new! Upon receiving this package i had notice scratches and white paint like marks on the processor. Also the two games that were suppose to come with the system bundle were not even games, they were DVD's! Never again will i do business with this company! Returned for a full refund the next day!

These guys tried to comment FRAUD via EBay by sending me an “Old” Apple TV (¾” thick, probably series2) inside an Apple TV 4K box that had cellophane tape on it when closely inspected. They sent me an empty switch game, PROMISED me a refund and just let the case default on eBay so they would be able to dismiss me. Absolutely terrible practice. I would avoid buying any and all items from this company. Save yourself the headache.
