Have used their service many times and had no problems, but on last occasion before ever leaving driveway the fair was already 4.25 and when got to the location the fair said 27.00 but was charged 28.00. I even tipped and scheduled a pickup for hour later. When got in the fair said 4.25 and when made it to house said 9.75 but was charged 11.00. I figured a flat rate but did not understand why different amount when charged and why always started at 4.25. Called for service next day and was told be here in 25 minutes. It had been 40 and had someone waiting so I called to check on arrival. The last was very rude and unprofessional. She said it was an estimate and so I asked about how much longer and she couldnt give a time. I explained had someone waiting and they would be leaving by 2 so just wanted to know if I would make it in time. She wouldnt give me a time so I said will it be another 15 minutes or so, she stated something like that. She wouldnt give me any time or could tell me when taxi would arrive and said she wasnt going to argue. A paying customer who just wanted to know when their taxi was going to arrive? I will never use their service again and will make sure to tell all my travel nurse friends to not as well and use other when decide to fly in.

We have called them on multiple occasions to have them come pick us up. Between being late for work because I had to RUN as to not be fired, my roommate missing an interview, or showing up over an hour past the time they stated they would be there (and yes. We gave plenty of notice and they said there wasn't a problem), we have been unable to understand why they don't come when they say they will. Or to be more accurate, why they just don't show up at all. They have, however, come to pick up our neighbors. My roommate caught them outside today and asked why they can pick up our neighbors, but refuse to come get us.
The driver's response?
"Because you haven't paid us the last few times."
My roommate laughed and replied "How are we supposed to pay you if you don't come and pick us up?"
Not surprisingly, the driver had nothing to say. I guess if you really need a ride, you can try your luck with them. Maybe they'll show up. Maybe they won't. But I guess when you're the only taxi in town, you can afford to just not pick up paying customers at your discretion.
And by the way, we have ALWAYS paid for our taxi when they did come to get us. If you don't show up, then you haven't provided us a service. You don't get paid just because you got called. You get paid because you actually came and provided the requested service.

Be careful !! They could take more every time you ask them for the same ride. I have been asking them to give me rides for almost a year. However, I won't go anymore because they know that I need them, so they increase the cost and I have to pay because I have no other choice! If you need rides make it walking but do not go with them. Mike's Taxi YOU are the worst

I love this family, like my own. They would be there for you even in the RAIN, HEAT, SNOW or when you need to just vent. They are good people with good intentions. I would have given them a 6 star, but Lord knows there aint any 6. Only 5? ❤💛💚💙 love to y'all mama and pops. 🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀

Vehicle broke down and they were able to help take me to work. To go 5 miles it cost me $11. Vehicle was clean, driver was extremely nice, and they got me to work 30 min early. Woohoo go Mike's!!

A great service to the russellville area. Melissa with Mike's transport was fast friendly and fair. Very accommodating, as I was new to the area she showed local knowledge and helped me choose an appropriate location. Thanks again! Vehicle was safe, clean and overall pleasant.

Worst service ever. They have no respect. I’m disabled. I need transportation. This company thinks it’s a joke. As a cab service, they would not last 5 minutes in California. With out someone putting them in line and making their cab disappear.

Waited 50 minutes outside of the waffle house. No initial e.t.a. after 30 minutes or so I decided to walk to my destination. At 50 minutes I got a phone call. Updates and e.t.a's would have been nice
