Absolutely terrible customer service and customer interface. The owner acted as if she was hungover when discussing flower options for my brothers funeral. She had the audacity to ask what happened instead of being compassionate to the situation when trying to obtain business. She offered zero condolences for our loss and acted as if what we requested would be next to impossible to get; white lilies and white roses were “not able to be obtained” from her supplier. We took our business down to Allbaugh’s Florist and Gifts and was treated with absolute respect, sincerity, and compassion without question. They had zero issues getting what we requested made and offered the most sincere condolences for the tough situation we were in.

Recently visited Stewman’s Flowers along with my husband’s family to order the family spray for my brother in law’s funeral service. The customer service was absolutely appalling. In this type of profession I don’t know how you could possible respond in the way we were greeted. We found the owner very inconsiderate and insensitive to this time that we are going through. Such an example is when she responded with “2020 just keeps on giving huh?”. Also, questions inquiring the passing of my brother in law.
ZERO condolences.

Along with the poorest customer service, she could not get the flowers we requested from the supplier which were white lilies and white roses. Actually no white flowers period.
We decided to decline the only option of an artificial arrangement and went down the street to Allbaugh’s Florist shop and couldn’t have had a better experience. She immediately gave her sincere condolences and was able to get exactly what we wanted. I would recommend Allbaugh’s to anyone and they have any of my future business.
