Very convenient move in accommodations. However, VERY INCONVENIENT & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I only needed to lease unit for a couple of weeks & when I tried to contact this company, over the phone, all I would ever receive was a voicemail message that did not represent or identify that the phone number/voicemail belonged to this company. Very unprofessional mistake for any business to list their BUSINESS phone number, but not represent the business in the recorded voicemail message. Another mistake this company has made is stating how excellent their customer service is, however, not once has any representative for this company ever answered any of my calls, nor have I ever received a call back from a customer service representative, despite all of the voicemails I have left. They have taken money out of my account, without consent, when I am no longer utilizing or leasing the storage unit & they are continuing to bill me for services I am no longer rendering.

Rented a small storage building here in May for our college student. When we went to move her back in August we found the lock cut off and things stolen and the unit trashed! They have no cameras and didn’t seem to care much that it was robbed “others had theirs broke into also” from what I was told!! You would think the gate would keep thieves out but nope I wouldn’t recommend renting here!!!
