Our hot water heater needed replacing. Contacted Rood and they were so helpful and luckily came out same day. Plumbers intalled the water heater quickly and efficiently. Very knowledgeable as well. We’ve used this company as well for sewer issues. Got the problem cleared up quickly. This is our go-to company.

It is never a good time to have problems with your heat pump but the day before a big snow storm is the worst! Rood Inc came and found the problem which required a part that might not arrive for 3-5 days! They found a way to get the part and get it fixed the very next day! Our technician, Big R (Ryan), was polite, had good manners and got our heat back on quickly!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

I had a major issue with my water heater. The expansion tank ruptured and soaked all of the electrical components of my water heater. I called in the plumber and he basically said it's wet and needs a new control panel. He made no attempt to repair it and didn't know where to get the new parts. All he did was remove the expansion tank and kept telling me "you don't need the expansion tank, we typically don't install them". According to section 607.3 of the Arkansas Plumbing Code, 2018: "Where a storage water heater is supplied with cold water that passes through a check valve, pressure reducing valve or backflow preventer, a thermal expansion tank or approved thermal expansion relief devices shall be connected to the water heater cold water supply pipe at a point that is downstream of all check valves, pressure reducing valves and backflow preventers. Thermal expansion tanks or approved thermal expansion relief devices shall be sized in accordance with the tank manufacturer's instructions and shall be sized such that the pressure in the water distribution system shall not exceed that required by Section 604.8." It's quite apparent that the plumber doesn't know how to do his job. He was also very rude, arrogant, and annoyingly clueless. He blatantly left the water heater unfixed and said "good luck finding the parts and fixing it yourself". Moments later, they send me an invoice for $212.56. They blatantly tried to charge me for NOT fixing my water heater. It seems the plumber is an outright fraud.

I called Rood for a potential issue with a waterline… They immediately came out and assured me there wasn’t an issue and offered to fix a potential line freeze due to poor construction of the line. They were fast and very courteous workers on site. Thanks again will be a repeat customer!!!

Highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs! They did all new plumbing for us and were able to get it done in a day. The plumbers were nice and they explained what they did once the completed the job. They even cleaned up the dry wall cuts they had to make and put up entry points. The cost was reasonable considering the scope of the work that they had to do. We are pleased and if we ever need future service they will be at the top of our list. Thanks!

I recently used Rood to perform some plumbing replacement work. Our home was built in the 1970s and thus the plumbing was old cast iron and needed replacement due to a leak that wasn't caught by our inept home inspector. Our plumbers were Era and Kaleb, and they did an amazing job replacing the old, leaking cast iron with PVC. These guys were responsive, respectful and friendly. They even took the time to properly clean up after the job as well as putting our living room furniture the way it was. The attention to detail and the care showed was superior. The best part of the whole job is that the price was legitimately 1/3 the cost quoted me by a plumbing company out of Little Rock. I highly recommend Rood for any plumbing work you may need!

I would very highly recommend Rood Inc for plumbing needs. We had a pipe bust due to tree roots. Our plumber Bobby was able to locate the leak almost immediately. They had the pipe fixed and water restored in less than 2 hours. Bobby was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The prices were amazing and very affordable. The two gentlemen that came to our house were very professional, to the point and most important were able to figure out our problem! I called on a Tuesday and they were able to get me scheduled the next Monday morning. They didn't have the correct shower cartridge size for us (the very old one that was there broke) but they put in a temporary piece and went over with me what I actually needed. They did offer to come back to reinstall it but I felt I could handle that much. They told me to run by a specific shop and they would get me what I needed. He made sure I was completely comfortable with what needed to happen, and told me if I had any questions feel free to call and he would walk me through it or come back by.

My dog, who dislikes everyone, loved them.
