They literally have about every odd part you could possibly need, and everyone is so friendly... I needed a special toilet handle for eljer, and they had it... I needed custom stems and seats for an older faucet, and they had them... neither of the big box stores had them or would even order them... it's across town, but it is now my first choice when looking for any parts... And they have so much more in their store than just parts...

I purchased recently house filters for my HVAC system last month and I purchased 12 and got 3 FREE filters because of the special they were offering. On a side note, the remodel of this location is incredibly nice and with brighter lighting storewide and the folks who work here are extremely professional and friendly!

This was my 1st visit since its been remodeled. The store looks great. Very clean and organized but it just lost that feel of what it use to be. I use to love going there to buy screws/nails buy the pound and that didn't seem to be an option anymore. The store is now just a commercialized Ace hardware. It's no longer that mom and pop store how Leonard's was before.

I had them order a product using their item number and was told it would be in on a Monday, I called to make sure the item had came in, the first associate told me the item was not there. I then ask to speak to a manager and the manager td me the item was indeed there. When I arrived at the store the item they ordered was not the item that they ordered for me. I told them that I really could not use the item that they ordered but I would be willing to take the item that they mistakenly ordered for the same price as the item that I really needed. That's when they called a manager that stated that she was the one that had mistakenly ordered the wrong item and she stated that she could not sell the wrong item for the same price but ask me if I wanted to order the item again, I said no I would try to find it elsewhere. As I left the store I was followed out by a male employee where I had stopped to talk with a friend outside of the store, the male employee ask if there was something else he could help me with outside the store. I told him no that I was talking with my friend. After talking with my friend I proceeded to my vehicle and left. I did find the item I was looking for at another business the same day. I spend alot of money there and would expect a much better experience as it was not my fault that the employee ordered the wrong item.

Ace Hardware is my favorite store. Thay have most everything that I could ever need. I even bought my coffee pot here. It's better than Walmart. My favorite store. There's alwsys someone willing to help me find what I need.
