When I was looking for a mover, I happened to run across Semper Fi Movers. I knew, without a doubt, that they could do the job. Well, they did, and in record time. They moved me from Conway to Cabot within a few hours. They loaded, drove here and unloaded, putting my furniture in place while doing so. I was so impressed but, not surprised. If a Marine can serve in the Corps as I know it, moving furniture is a small duty.. Everyone was so helpful and kind and made my move so easy. I recommend this company as experienced and efficient.

They was suppose to call at 10 for the video conference. No call. I called at 10:10..no answer. Few hours later, still no call back. Must not want my business. I'll use someone else.

As a Disabled Veteran I try to support Veteran owned companies. However I cannot support this organization. My wife and I used them to move and we were told several things that they failed to deliver.

1st we were told the would take EVERYTHING apart and put it back together. That never happened I had to breakdown the bed, they left TV mounts still attached to the walls which I had to remove, I had to disconnect the washer and dryer.

2nd I was told they would bring 2 trucks which they didn’t do.

3rd I was told they were sending 4 men they didn’t. The first several hours they were here they spent more time visiting with each other’s, talking about weekend plans, and smoking than moving, packing, or breaking anything down.

4th the person that provided the quote said she would be there on moving day she wasn’t.

Because the crew was SO SLOW do to their constant visiting, smoking, and not getting what we were told it threw us way behind schedule. As a result we had to reschedule having the internet and satellite TV turned on for days. Which means I have to burn extra vacation days and impose on my team at work to have someone cover my customer needs.

After I reached out to the person that made the quote about my concerns the partial crew finely decided to get busy and start moving stuff but were clearly upset that a complaint was made against them.

As we started unpacking we found several items they moved damaged to include the handles on our new mattress being cut and has black marks on it, boxes that were marked breakable, damaged, ripped open, and even though everything had several layers of bubble wrap the items inside the boxes were damaged. Things are also missing.

We ended up taking a total of 4 pickup truck loads, 3 car loads, and 2 8ft trailer loads of stuff ourselves.

Between the lies we were feed by the person that did the quote causing several work problems for me, all the loads we ended taking, having to breakdown and setup things up we were told they would do, all the loads we moved which had we not they would never have been able to get on one truck they only gave us a $200.00 discount. The damages over $1,000.00 alone caused by the crew far outweigh the $200.00 discount. They refused to unload the truck until we paid so we couldn’t inspect our property before we paid them.

My next step is the BBB and I hope this review will help keep others from having similar issues out of this organization.

Never again will I use Simper Fi Movers nor will I be able to recommend them.

David, TJ and Terrell were very efficient, professional and went above and beyond the call to ensure that my Dining Room Table, 2 Leafs, 6 Chairs, and 2 piece China Hutch/Buffet made it to its final destination safe and sound.
